Franziska is also the author of the popular book titled "Push my buttons, Baby!" Black Belt of the Emotional Arts -Unleash Your Charisma and Create the Best Relationships Ever" and writes regular articles on organizational and business development, organizational culture and effectiveness, executive coaching, leadership and Emotional Intelligence.

Franziska’s background is in psychology, counseling, relational consulting and metaphysics. For the past twenty years, Franziska has worked extensively with individuals and groups in the fields of human behavior, relationship and leadership skills in Europe, Australia and Africa.

Franziska began her career with a Bachelor of Arts degree in fashion design and she received national recognition on the major German TV and radio channels with her traffic safe children's fashion label. However Franziska recognized that her interest was in the ‘interior design’ of the human mind – what drives people to success or failure? What causes high performance or under achievement? Franziska found her calling in coaching individuals and groups in developing self-awareness, self-esteem, and their authentic leadership skills to create success in their life and career. Her passion is to help individuals and groups become aware and master unconscious self-limiting mind patterns, which when conquered, bring out higher productivity naturally.
